Today I will be sharing with you all my tastyrestaurant style recipe to make pudina or mint chutney.
This chutney can be eaten with your lunchand dinner if you are trying to loose weight as pudina helps in digestion of food fastand helps you in loosing fats.
So what we need is some pudina, I have cleanedthem, 5-6 cloves of garlic, half a piece of ginger and 1 to 2 pieces of chillies.
1 tablespoon of dried pomegranate seeds, youwill get them in any grocery store.
Some white and black salt to taste and somecurd.
I will take the food processor now and transferthe pudina leaves or mint leaves, garlic, ginger, chillies, pomegranate seeds and salt.
You can add a little water in the food processorto make the paste.
So the paste is ready as you can see.
Now, I will take the strainer and strain thepaste to get a smoother consistency.
Like so, I am so sorry I have not includedthe entire part because I have shooting single-handedly.
So in this video I will be showing you alltwo types of chutney, one is this which you get after straining and the other is restaurantstyle chutney which you usually get with tandoors etc.
To make the restaurant style chutney whichwe get in the with tandoor and other starters, take equal amount of pudina chutney and mixit well.
You will have to add a little black salt sincethe curd is plain.
So your two types pf pudina/ mint chutneyis ready now.
